RIP Charles Poliquin

This guy was easily one of the biggest wealths of knowledge when it came to training. This guy had to so much info to share and alot of it free. I hope his stuff will always be available. His nutrition and supplement recommendations certainly drew some criticism but even so, he contributed so so much to the fitness community. This was a bit of a shock to me and i did not know he had heart attacks in the 90's. He will be greatly missed.
