RIP MOM and what do you guys think

m41, 6'5" 245, trying to put more size on this winter. I just lost my mom, 15nov09, had to miss midwest ironman 07nov09, to be with her. So now, after alot of tears, it's time to start back again. It's what she would of wanted, because i love it. any comments are welcome. RIP Florence.

I am certain your mom was a very special woman..and it takes a lot of strength and character on your part to come back and start training again so soon. That a great degree of dedication on your part.

You look like you have a very solid upper body...are there any any other pics you could post?
If you decide to do a show next year.. there are a ton in Illinois and the surrounding states that you could choose from. I just learned that the is going to be a new NPC show that is being held in East central Illinois...that's where I am originally from.

Looks like you have a pretty good base to work with...know you just have to come up with a plan of action (diet and training)...if you want to save yourself the stress hire one of the many outstanding prep coaches that we have on this site.
