There’s a video on YouTube translated to English where he talks about it openly apparently fake Synthol or something

Anyway sadly I see he passed away from complications leading to a heart attack

Fuck...I watched this on YT a few years ago and he seemed like a really intelligent and aware dude of what he did to himself, it sucks to hear about his death.

Synthol can damage the kidneys mainly through chronic inflammation it causes in the muscles – the body tries to remove decay products, fibrosis and calcification,etc. which overloads the kidney filtration. Additionally oil and silica particles can enter the blood and clog small vessels in the kidneys, leading to microinfarctions and blood supply disorders. In the case of infection or sepsis acute kidney failure also occurs. All this means that synthol – especially when used chronically – can contribute to permanent kidney damage.

In my friends case, Paraffin oil mixed with something i cant remember the name of, but it binds permanently to the musclefibers and over time "chokes" the muscle to death, it leaks into the bloodstream and cloggs up the kidneys and chokes them too..

Thanks for explaining a possible mechanism. I would always wonder how medium chain triglycerides could be kidney toxic when dudes would blame SEO for kidney problems. The chronic inflammation, makes sense.
