Just found out that Patrick Arnold has passed.

Was a good friend . He will be missed . I had some chats on social media and he was on a couple boards in the past I frequented

I met him at a BB show way back when. Prohormones had just been banned but his name hadn’t been attached to the whole Balco thing yet. We talked a bit about the direction the supplement industry was going to go to fill the Andro-less void. He was very nice but looking back he was a bit on edge. It was really not too long before the feds implicated him and he probably knew the hammer was about to drop at some point and was looking over both shoulders. Dude got a raw deal.

Heard about this yesterday it’s a very sad day for sure. He did a lot for people in all types of sports to the every day person trying to improve themselves and much much more! He will be missed rest in peace brother. Prayers go out to you and your family and friends.

Saw this last night. Sad to see. I was connected to him on FB. He was pretty "off" the last 10-12+ years. Never seemed in a good state mentally. Also, VERY heavy into that "thing" that was pushed on everyone 5-6 years ago.

For the oldies, there's a story about the meeting of the minds that never happened due to Patrick. It was as EAS in the 90, Phillips brothers, Scott Connelly, Anthony Almada, etc, etc. Patrick OD'd before the meeting on GHB and picked all of the table in the board room. The meeting apparently never happened.

I was a Mod at Pro hormone Forum. Patrick had his Q&A sub forum. He was a cool guy. I meet him at one of the Arnolds and we hit it off well. RIP.

He was one of a kind.
