My first memory of him in movies was when I was 5. I had brothers who were in high school at the time and were watching the movie Real Genius. An 80's classic if you ask me. "Smart people on ice."

Cause of death was pneumonia apparently. Same had me down most of February - can be nasty stuff especially when not diagnosed (ie thanks Doc for keeping me sick an extra 2 weeks). I imagine he wasn't in top health as well.

Legendary actor for our generation with so many iconic roles. RIP. I didn’t see a ton of mention of his role as Jim Morrison in the Doors. They used his vocals because the director couldn’t tell the difference between him and the real Morrison.
