ripped something in my forearm doing pull downs

About a month ago I was doing pulldowns and I ripped something in my forearm. Swoll up pretty good and some bruising(blood).

I gave it some rest and I tried doing chin ups last night and the pain is back.

The only thing I am doing different is that I added some creatine caps to my diet.

I'm going to rest, ice and motrin for a few days.

Any suggestions on rehab?
 
Massage it with a lacrosse ball and with your other hand. Do light wrist curls to get the blood flowing in there. Try heating it too.
 
Sounds like a tendon tear...and what you have now is tendonitis...

Sorry to tell you, but if you keep lifting its going to get WORSE.

You need to lay off anything that uses that muscle and just stick to legs for the time being....believe me, if you keep putting load on it, you will make it WORSE
