Hey guys! Been a very busy past week. Lots of things going on in my world. My better half deploys in 3wks. It was dumped on her just over a week ago. Gotta love last minute shit lol. We close on a house on Lake Ozark two days before she deploys. So we’ve been running around like a chicken with it’s head cut off. Even tho I haven’t posted much lately, doesn’t mean I haven’t been training and tracking my shit. Yesterday was my final day of Dbol. In the 4ish weeks I ran it, I gained 8Lbs. And those 8lbs sure as shit weren’t watery bloat lol. I must say, running the dbol was a lot of fun. Never ran it before other than for pre workout pump. I really enjoyed the extra lubrication on my joints. That and the Npp really help my joints and tendons. I still have about 3 and a half weeks left of NPP. I started the tren last week at 70mg EOD. Wanted to get that goin so I wouldn’t have a major deficit once the Npp is done. Also, I will be starting the anavar and Masteron once the NPP is finished. What I am doing is the first 10-12wks “bulk”, then the last 10wks shred up. This has been by far the cleanest bulk I have ever done. The growth really helps keep bloat down and increases fat loss. I believe I have gained over 10lbs these past 10-11wks and have lost a damned good bit of body fat as well. My strength gains continue to increase each week. My training style has definitely changed since the surgery. I no longer do heavy compounds. I do lower weight with a high rep range where I take 30seconds between sets. It’s way less taxing on my joints and bones. The whole cost vs benefit thing.
After adding the CJC and MGF to my hgh protocol 13days ago, my legs have really blown up. Gaining mass on my legs has always been difficult due to the daily cardio we do. Crazy enough tho, these two peptides have done wonders for me!! I’ve noticed major increases in mass to my quads, chest and biceps. I plan to run the mgf for a total of 4-5wks and the cjc for probably 10? Haven’t decided yet. I will say tho, after experiencing these results from both peptides, I am now totally on board for running the many different peptides available instead of different types of AAS.
I have attached several progress photos for you guys to see.
This collage is of my quads. The top right photo is 20days ago, the bottom right is 10days ago and the big one on the left is earlier in the week. Looking at it in a collage form, you can definitely see the progress.
This next one is of my back from after my surgery and of now.
The top two are current as of this week and the bottom row is from roughly March 30th. Same poses and same lighting.
This last photo shows my abs over the past 3-4weeks.
