Grass fed beef
Salmon
Olive oil
Almonds
Natural peanut butter
Cheese
Chicken ( breast and thighs)
Ground turkey 93/7
Whole eggs
Sardines
Fish oil
Coconut oil (cooked my eggs in it)
Natural almond butter.

I eat a lot of beef and whole eggs!

Based on every picture I saw Eduardo definitely had him, but more than a few people say that at finals it was a completely different story. That said, I still don't agree with the decision, Eduardo looked nuts!!!!

I believe John meadows over anyone and he said eduardo was the CLEAR WINNER!

My thoughts as well. This wasn't the best Ahmed we've seen and Correa just brought that crazy conditioning of his. I've only seen pictures from the prejudging but even the score cards have Ahmed winning that over Correa when everything I've heard had Correa by a mile in the morning and Ahmed coming back much better at night. Still doesn't seem like that's enough to win though....

Either way, I sincerely hope you're content with your decision! I know how hard it is to step away from the competitive side of a sport you've spent so much time on and transition to just training for enjoyment. You've got a killer physique and I hope to get to even like half your level one day!

Yup, absolute disgrace to get on stage with gyno that bad as a professional. Not being penalized for it and getting third only made things worse. It did suit the judging as a whole though haha

Thinking about marking down for gyno, do they also mark down for things like scars and umbilical hernias? Just wondering. To me those would all fall into a similar category.
