Hi everyone, been reading on here for a while but have not posted much yet. Have learned so much in such a short time already from people like @bbxtreme , @luki7788 and many others. Currently in my second enhanced off season looking to put on enough size to be competitive at the national level next year in classic physique. The weight cap for my height (5'10) is 209lbs at the amateur level , so id like to be at least close to that on stage by late next year. Below I've attached my progress from the first 8 weeks of my off season. Put on a good bit of weight (190-215lbs) likely from introducing higher dose GH and Humalog on training days. Current Diet:
Medium days 4x per week 4080cal (700c)
High Days 2X per week 5240cal (950c)
Low Day 1x per week 3000cal (300c)

Protein stays the same around 275-290g and fats are just trace amounts

Supps:
800 test
300 eq
200 mast
150 NPP

20iu Humalog on medium days (split pre and post)
35iu Humalog on high days (split between meal 1 , pre and post)

20iu GH daily
yes I know its a lot but I seem to tolerate it quite well. Blood pressure in great range and fasting BG has been consistently 80-85 on this dose. Ive worked up to this overtime but was mainly using 10iu for the majority of my enhanced journey which began in may 2024. I also think this will help me leverage less total mg of gear as long as I can continue to tolerate it. Started 20iu's a few weeks ago and plan on staying here for the rest of the off season

Using 2mg of reta 3x per week as well to help with insulin sensitivity and health markers. Appetite surprisingly is not affected at all even at this dose

The current update now officially 10 weeks in. Weight has climbed up again quite fast , despite just one small food bump of 250cals to the daily average. But body comp is remaining in a relatively good spot so not too worried. Currently 225 now in the am and up 35lbs

Attached a before and after in the same lighting about 10 weeks apart as mentioned above

Realized in the first post I never went over training so here is the current set up

Monday: Off
Tuesday: Quads with some hamstring touch up
Wednesday: Shoulders with some chest touch up
Thursday: Arms
Friday: Hamstrings with some quad touch up
Saturday: Chest with one tricep movement
Sunday: Back with one bicep movement

Back being my strongest bodypart is currently at 1x per week frequency while all other muscle groups are at 2x. Main idea with the split is working on my arms by giving them their own day and legs by separating hams/quads.

I have used a push pull legs set up prior but realized I much prefer the bro split approach. I find as i get a pump in the target muscle , my connection gets better and better. So instead of doing 3 + body parts per session, I'd rather hammer one with more volume and then let it recover longer. Not sure if this is the most optimal approach but im having the most fun with this training and progressing in terms of visuals and the log book faster then i ever would imagine so gonna ride this out for the meantime. Would be happy to take any feedback or critique with this set up however!
 
What is your training style? Training to failure? Low/high volume?
 
Amazing physique and a very smart approach to everything we align on a lot of stuff which is always nice to see and have reinforced by someone with a great physique

How are you finding the 20iu of hgh in terms of gains, sides primarily insulin resistance issues and what do you feel you’ve got out of it at that dose say vs 10iu

Thanks man! Been enjoying your log as well and learning quite a bit. So ive been on 20 for about 4 weeks so it's hard to notice a huge difference just yet. I will say though that my fasting BG has shot up a bit but nothing to concerning. 84-85 to like low 90's now. Ive added in 200mg of berberine and 20iu's of Lantus to help out with this

In terms of other sides, ive never had any carpal tunnel or lethargy so handling 20 iu just as well as 10. Fullness is quite noticeable , I always feel like I have a pump 24/7 lol
 
Do you have a set plan as to how long you are going to push for?
So I've been looking at this big regional show in my area which happens in September. So id have to start prep around may which gives me another 8 months to push up. I think I'll likely do some 7-14 day mini cuts just to keep body fat in check. But my classic cap is 209 so im hoping if I can get up to a respectable 250 range , I'll be in a good spot to hold my own size wise. Think its do able in 8 months but we'll see !

Im at around 15 sets per week for almost every body part. So id say moderate volume and then intensity ill usually take every set to 0 rir and if its a machine or exercise that's safe to fail on, ill do the occasional set to actual failure

Yeah that makes sense I think it can take months and months to see actual effects of gh dosages but if you keep that dose up for say 3/6/12 months will be really interested to see what you get from it

I know you're checking your fasted BG when you wake but id be sure to do some checking 2.5hrs post meal and a couple times around the day.
I dont know really anyoneee who can keep their BG in check on 20iu...at least without some reta/tirz/lots of slin on hand.
 
If youve truly only been juicing for about a year and a half, that's a pretty solid physique for it.

You might be at a slight disadvantage having such long femurs, in terms of creating the perception of size via quad sweep.

Have you ever done IGF blood testing on those doses of gh?

Yea first cycle was 500mg of test in may 2024. Haven't done an IGF test before
