What’s your opinion on say sugary cereals and Rice Krispy treats. Both these aren’t necessarily clean but low in fat and may help get the carb intake in easier. If digestion is unaffected would you not be opposed ?I would strongly suggest against doing that with your insulin intake. That’s how you create inflammation and blow out your waist. As much as it sucks to hear this- suck it up and eat more clean food. Pick less dense clean food options if it becomes an issue. But free meals are not the solution.
