6 days now , taking one rest day

Back with 1 bicep and rear delt
Hamstrings / Glutes
Arms
Shoulders
Quads/Adductors
Chest with 1 tricep and side delt

Diet started March 16 so has officially been 6 weeks of dieting as of yesterday. Have dropped about 28lbs during this period but a large part of it was during the first couple weeks with insulin and test being reduced. I think im about 10lbs ish away from being in a really good spot to rebound. Currently 222lbs at 5’10 but with how long my limbs are i think i need to be 250+ shredded to actually look big so we got some work to do

Current Diet:

Meal 1:
350g Egg Whites
70g Sourdough
10ml Jam
60g Oats
1 Scoop Whey

Meal 2:
140g COR
2 Scoop Whey

Meal 3 & 4:
300g Cooked Chicken
65g Raw Weight Rice

Intra:
30g Dextrose

Fat Loss Supps:
5mg Mots C M/WF
5mg Reta
40mg SLU
100mcg Clen

I use fish oil with meal 1 but yes in general I don’t really use fats beside one whole ego in the morning which I forgot to mention

How’s the clen with the slu treating you? It’s not to much? I’ve been considering adding in clen at some point with my slu as I’ve seen quite a few members hitting the two together.

no issues man and defo dieting on the most food i ever have. Dropping very fast though so just doing some more high days
