I'm only about 5'1" pushing maybe 5'2".... and you are a fucking beast!

NPC Show Change.

I have Decided to change NPC Shows. The Brooklyn Grand Prix has a few down falls that I'm not please with. Looking at photos and videos of the show in the past the lighting is Horrible... Shadows all over the place. By the time I do this show Ill have dieted 30 week, so Im not going to have shadows fuck all that hard work up. So Im doing the NPC BIG CAT Classic instead. Its the same Day just in Pennsylvania. Promoted much better, stage is bright, much harder competition, huge venue and rooms are a 3rd the price!
 
With another adjustment to my diet I'm on the weight raise again!! never eaten so much food in my life, and its all healthy!! this months food bill is $1000... and its same thing each day... and as crazy as it is I'm enjoying the meals!! lol bodyweight is up to 195.5! Im 5 week into my Lean Bulk Phase (11 weeks total of dieting) leaving me 3 more week to Lean Bulk, really hoping to hit 200lbs but really want 205lbs!! then its 16 weeks lean out and step on stage!!

Ive been running Gear now for 13 years. Never Run this kinda gear cycle before, went to the Dr's to have a check up, was told I have never been more healthy and Im a walking Bill of Health! :headbang:

As of right now I'm in the lean bulk phase so I'm running:
1500mg Test E - Weekly
600mgs Deca - Weekly
100mgs Dbol - ED
.5mg Anastrozole - ED

8iu's HGH - ED - 4iu's 1hr before waking up (set alarm just to take it) and 4iu's right before training. Never had Pumps like this before, taking the HGH right before training has made my pumps almost overwhelming.... but I'm growing!! haha
 
Its not east for me to gain weight... But Its slowly happening!! never ate so much food in my life!! as of now heres my daily Meal Breakdown. 197.25lbs this AM!! 200 is coming!! Will be adding to this diet ass of today. PWO Meal will now be 3 Scoops True Mass 1200!

5am - Wake Up 4iu's HGH - Back to Bed

6am - Wake Up!

630am - 3 Scoops BSN True Mass in Water, 1 Packet Oatmeal, 10mgs DBOL

9am - 1.5 Cups white Rice, 4oz Chicken, 4oz Lean Hamburger, 1 Scoop True Mass, 10mgs DBOL

12pm - 1.5 Cups white Rice, 4oz Chicken, 4oz Lean Hamburger, 1 Scoop True Mass, 10mgs DBOL

3pm - 2 Packets Oat Meal, 4oz Chicken, 4oz Lean Hamburger, 1 Scoop True Mass,
10mgs DBOL

415pm - 4uis, HGH 30mgs DBOL

430pm - TRAIN

6pm - 3 Scoops True Mass in Water, 10mgs DBOL

7pm - 6oz Lean Burger/Steak, 400g Potato, 1 Scoop True Mass, 10mgs DBOL

10pm - 6oz Lean Burger, 400g Potato/1.5 cups White Rice, 1 Scoop True Mass, 10mgs DBOL

160oz Water Minimum
All Meals include 1 Scoop Creatine 5g

Thats about:
5250g Cals
375-400g Protein
660g Carbs
120g Fat
35g Creatine
 
200 lbs @5ft 2 & lean too = Beast...keep up the great work!
 
Not able to train shoulder that hard but make the most out of what I'm able to do!

202.5lbs! Shocked to see my arms still climbing as well, 19 5/8th! only an 1/8" up from last week but damn Im up 1 3/8" in 13 weeks!! Was really hoping for 20s But the is the last week of Lean Bulk and Ive cut back on Carb intake, trying to maintain... was struggling to eat that much food... was taking the fun out of this... lol
 
Little Update!

Last 10 days before 16 week contact prep I had cut carbs back from 90g to 60g. and had a cheat meal every other day with a beer here and there. Needed to make sure the mind was fresh for the Contest Prep!

As of now Ive started my 16 week cut for the show!! Started off with 50g of carbs but started with my Coach (mid Week) for this show and they have now dropped to 25g, and added in cardio! as of now Im just under 15 weeks out.

As of sunday I was 195.5lbs. Not feeling as tight as I was a week ago, but Cut 100mg DBol so sure Ive dropped some water weight... lost 6.5lbs in the first week. Loved feeling tight while lean bulking but know Ill love being lean as fuck he in a few week!!

No More measurements (other then hips and waist) until I'm 8 weeks out from the show. to much of a mind fuck! :banghead:

Training is 5 days on Repeat!!
Cardio Every morning 15 minutes after waking! :headband: lol
Feeling great and dropping body fat fast! Legs, Back and Chest have made huge changes these past 2 weeks!!!
