Figured i'd log my progress for the next 16 weeks! Been dieting for 2 weeks so far for 2 shows in the fall and im super pumped! Heres me at 16 weeks out!
You have a very good base to work off of for your first show. Good shape and fullness in alot of your body parts. Dial in your conditioning and you will do well.
