Hello bodybuilding friends,
I am new at the forum and this is my first thread. I am from Holland and turned 26 a month ago. Height is around 1,81cm and weight is now at 220lbs. My bodyfat idk but i think it is somewhere around 10. I am lifting since i am 15 and went to serieus bodybuilding at the age of 23. Never worked with a coach or anything. I do this sport because i love it and its my everyday life, just enjoying the proces and learning as much as possible.
I want to document my progress because i never did think about competing because i am never satisfied with the way i look. But now i am getting to a Point that i think i will benefit in my progress if i will do a show. So my plan is to get really shredded. Then do a long offseason to gain some serieus mass and after that getting myself ready to do a first show.
The offseason will be a Justin Harris approach with the carbcycling method and im really interesting to see what i can gain because i am new to carbcycling and insuline as well.
Currently im in my prep (not for a competition) but just to get bone shredded.
My current diet looks like this:
Trainingdays: 300p, 450c and 45f.
Restdays: 300p, 250c and 45f.
My current training:
Day 1: chest&biceps
Day 2: back&triceps
Day 3: rest
Day 4: shoulders
Day 5: legs
Day 6: rest
Day 7: repeat
My current cycle:
-Gh 6iu
-Test c 450mg per week
-Primo 400mg per week
-Mast 400mg per week
-Tren ace 140mg per week (added this week)
-Novarapid 7 pre and 5 post (never did insuline so this is my first 2 weeks on it.
I will add 50mg of winstrol per day as a final addition to my stack.
I have a question for you guys because i really don’t know what bodyfat my current physique is. My back always shredz down slower
