Hey guys - Thought I'd stop in for another quick update. Nothing huge to note at this point. My weight is varying from 230-235 depending on the day right now, but getting tighter without a weight change. I'm not pushing food particularly hard, as we are leaving for Jamaica in two more days and I'm trying to stay lean for our wedding. That, and appetite has not been particularly high lately. When we return at the end of next week, I'll begin pushing things a bit harder.

A few people have asked about my training. Jamie and I have trained using Mountaindog training for years now, we both find it very effective. In the past several weeks we have taken a break from John's programs, but our training still uses many of the same concepts. I'll post my back routine after I train tonight.

Hey guys. Haven't updated in a while now, we just returned from 9 days in Jamaica on Saturday. For the duration of the trip I ate three moderate meals and a couple of snacks per day, indulged in plenty of alcohol, and trained for a total of about 30 minutes. My goal was to live a somewhat "normal" life for a little while while I enjoyed our wedding and honeymoon. It felt amazing but it's time to get back to business.

In addition to the diet and training deviations, no supplements were taken for around 10 days.

These progress pics are from Saturday morning, 226.5 lbs. Down lots of water and glycogen which will take a few days to replenish.

Moving forward, I'll be pushing things a bit harder and with more consistency than the past couple of months. Time to make some improvements. More updates to come.
