Hey guys. Haven't updated in a while now, we just returned from 9 days in Jamaica on Saturday. For the duration of the trip I ate three moderate meals and a couple of snacks per day, indulged in plenty of alcohol, and trained for a total of about 30 minutes. My goal was to live a somewhat "normal" life for a little while while I enjoyed our wedding and honeymoon. It felt amazing but it's time to get back to business.
In addition to the diet and training deviations, no supplements were taken for around 10 days.
These progress pics are from Saturday morning, 226.5 lbs. Down lots of water and glycogen which will take a few days to replenish.
