Road to Recovery - GLP1 and GH

If you find yourself still struggling with covid after this cycle, I'd suggest glutathione and TB500. Glutathione will help the cells and TB will help with the organs. To take a step further you could take SLU at 100 - 300mcg to boost the mitochondria
This is awesome. I am currently using Glutathione injections and BPC157/TB500 combination. You're absolutely spot on with these recommendations. My body took a huge hit at the time, and I was part of the 13% of people who lived under my condition. There were times when I would have to crawl to a hot bath with Epson salt just to loosen the inflammation. I was in a coma for 3 months and rehab for 7 months after that. When I tell you I felt like I was hit by a train, it's an understatement. I actually had to learn to walk and breath again. Covid was brutal!! SLU is new to me and I'll look into it now. See pic for my experience

15 mg may be very common for people with deep metabolic issues and insulin resistance, morbidly obese, etc. but for a reasonably fit person, it is a huge dose.
I might of forgotten to mention I lost 98 lbs 4 years ago, so are were correct with that statement. I was morbidly obese along with other health issues. I was 326 and now at 228LBS

Glad you recovered, that looks brutal! Were there underlying health conditions that made it so bad, or was it just bad luck/ genetics/ unknown why it hit that hard?

Ahhhhh now it makes more sense. You might actually not need that much at all given your weight loss- maybe you could experimento titrating down over a few weeks. You might be very surprised how much lower of a dose might be just as effective!👍

Great job man. Just keep chipping away at it. It’s a time and consistency game

Seems like you’re on the right track

Still an unknown. I was heavy set at 320 but an average gym goer and 6'3 power lifter. I generally ate clean, gym 5 times weekly however this happened during a time in life when I was drinking a lot of alcohol due to life stresses. Never smoked or anything recreational other than that. I feel alcohol was a huge factor which brought down my immunity. Also, since covid was so new doctors didn't know how to treat it and they hit me with everything which brought down my natural immunity. I lost all strength and muscle mass due to myopathy. My wife was very healthy, more fit than me but somehow was affected and on oxygen for a month also. Doctors can only agree that the virus mutated between us two and became stronger, which is why I was affected as such.

The 15MG dosage is very common and mine is prescribed as brand name Mounjaro. I began the initial dose of 2.5 then titrated up to 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5 and 15 which is the highest dose prescribed. Again, I've ran it for four years and it has many off label uses which I find highly beneficial. Your body will get accustomed to it, and after this amount of time I find the effectiveness still about 60%. I have great insurance which coveres it, so I'll use it as it's available
I see...well if you're doctor is prescribing you the highest dosage then follow the doctor's orders. I meant 15mg dosage is not very common for folks on this board as you might be the only person I seen say they are using 15mg a week. I would assume now that you lost so much weight you wouldn't need the maximmum dosage anymore, but I perfer the less is more approach and finding a sweet spot.

I'm sorry this happened man. From a political and pharmacology standpoint, this should have never happened.

Now that I have an even better picture of what's going on, here are a couple recommendations based on what you've wrote above.

First, methlene blue is going to enhance everything that you are using right now. Start at 2mg and work your way up weekly to 10 if your body can handle this. Since MB also enhances mitochondria there's a chance you could overload the protons between the outer layer and inner layer of the mitochondria. Which gives you the feeling of being lethargic. I'm sure your already tired of that but MB will also enhance your GH. I would definitely jump on this.

Second, I do think your mitochondria is in a weakend state so I would mess with SLU until your in a much better spot. But 100-300mcg will definitely help you if you decide SS31 is too expensive for you. SS31 is going to almost completely restore Mito function. You don't want to take SS31 and SLU because of the proton spin I mentioned above.

Last with the inflammation, KPV is going to help a lot here and I would also recommend that.

If you've done a lipid panel and your LDL/HDL/Tris are all out of wack, give GW a month and they will be in a much better place.

Always do your research and best of luck. I wish you a speedy recovery.

Priceless information, and thank you. I've seen a lot of conversations centered around the use of methelene blue. Are you aware of any side effects with this protocol? I'll do some research also however it sounds like you're familiar with it, which is why I ask.

There's Serotonin syndrome, so if you take anything for anxiety it's an automatic no. If you have G6PD syndrome, it's a no also. This stuff will make you pee blue but it's a harmless side effect.

MB is going to boost your Mito electron transport chain. When you age your ETC drops which also reduces your ATP (adenosine triphosphate). ATP is your body's energy engine.

I will list a few ATP functions here for you but use Grok or an AI to get a bit more information tailored to what your specifically looking for.

1. Everyday muscular work (gym, walking, etc)
2. Transports fuel to cell membranes
3. Molecule building like DNA & proteins
4. Breaks down food into small molecules that cells use

2 & 3 is where your glutathione, TB, GH etc get enhanced.

MB does a lot for cognitive health also with the brain and has promising research to reversing dementia & Alzheimer's. All because of, mitochondria dysfunction.

Hope that helps

I mean I would think the insulin resistance would be linear, no? (It increases as the dose increases, rather than being 0, then all of a sudden you get to 5iu and it pops up out of nowhere)

I mean under 5iu I would say it’s probably negligible and people would barely notice it, but not non existent
Not in my experience up to 10iu, as that’s most I’ve taken.

Thanks again sir. I do feel the mitochondria dysfunction from both a cognitive and everyday physical health perspective. I initially thought the brain fog and lethargic feelings were all due to covid long hauler symptoms, but after seeing my charts and hearing about the mess of chemicals given to me under sedation, I personally think the medications, treatments and the toxicity introduced during this time were major contributing factors of where I am now. No doctor will admit this, however. The treatment protocol has changed now, but I do know I was a guinea pig during this time.

Which GLP1 was used in this run? Tirzepatide or Retatritude? I only ask because Tirzepatide seems to control hunger more effectively than Retatritude, and I'm on Tirzepatide but I do feel my appetite increasing. I wonder if it's due to the four years of Tirz. use or GH increasing my hunger in general

Might be both- I know as a long term Tirz user I feel the hunger muting is less thsn when I started, but then again, I’m aiming for a minimum effective dose- and I definitely felt an uptick in hunger when I started daily GH use 4 months ago.

I know this is strictly anecdotal, N of 1 though.🤷‍♂️

Careful self diagnosing this stuff. Those are very vague symptoms.

None. I’ve never used one.
