Ok this is really embarrassing to do on a board with so many studs but I need some accountability. A lot of you know I’ve been struggling with Low Test for a while now and have been off cycle for over a year. In that time I lost all motivation to train and my diet went to hell. I gained a whopping 40 pounds of fat. I’m slick, fat and disgusting but I’m about to turn it all around. I finally found a Clinic that was willing to give me HRT and I should have all my meds by Wednesday of this week. These last few months I’ve barely been able to drag myself in the gym. I can’t wait until I’m actually motivated to be in there and doing something I love.

My HRT is as follows
Testosterone Cypionate/Propionate/Enanthate – Blend 0.15ml Every Day Injectable SQ
Ghorhelin Plus 30 IU Every Day Routine Injectable SQ
Arimidex 0.5 mg twice a week Oral Tablet
Insinase 3 times a day

He also wants me to drop a pint of blood every month.


I’m going to ease back into it this week by trying to just clean up my diet. By next week I will have a strict diet lined out and I will post it.

As far as training I am so out of shape that I will probably just start with some high volume training to try and get my conditioning back on track. I will try and post progress pics every couple of weeks.

I know it’s bad and I can handle the negative feedback. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Like I said I’ll post more details as I get going.

The fact that I started this log and failed to complete it was a source if embarrassment for me. So much so that I stayed away from PM for a while out of shame. I was all excited to be starting HRT but HRT won't help when you are battling and losing to severe alcoholism.

My weight climbed as high as 273 and I eventually quit training altogether. When I finally got my life together I started back just doing some distance running the middle of last year. I got my weight down to 248 then I started back in the gym this January. I'm currently 233 and still fat but I'm grinding hard every day and I'm going to get there.

I realize that weight loss should be my primary goal and I am watching my diet closely but I leave for 14 weeks of military training in June and I'll be in a calorie deficiency the entire time, so the fat is coming off. It will be up to me to keep it off and build muscle afterward.

Today so far:

Meal 1 =
1 slice Ezekiel bread with Tsp of honey, 6 egg whites and 1 yolk, 1 scoop of isoflex whey protein.

Training = chest and bicep
TriPep BCAA intra

Meal 2 =
1 scoop Humapro pineapple protein shake

Meal 3 =
1/2 cup white rice, 6oz of wild caught cod, 2 Tsp of Louisiana hit sauce, 5 raw oysters

Back to the gym for abs and HIIT cardio.

Good thickness. Building muscle is the hard part for me personally. Fat comes off with diet

Focus on your future vision and forget about where you are now, and you will reach your goals
