Ok this is really embarrassing to do on a board with so many studs but I need some accountability. A lot of you know I’ve been struggling with Low Test for a while now and have been off cycle for over a year. In that time I lost all motivation to train and my diet went to hell. I gained a whopping 40 pounds of fat. I’m slick, fat and disgusting but I’m about to turn it all around. I finally found a Clinic that was willing to give me HRT and I should have all my meds by Wednesday of this week. These last few months I’ve barely been able to drag myself in the gym. I can’t wait until I’m actually motivated to be in there and doing something I love.
My HRT is as follows
Testosterone Cypionate/Propionate/Enanthate – Blend 0.15ml Every Day Injectable SQ
Ghorhelin Plus 30 IU Every Day Routine Injectable SQ
Arimidex 0.5 mg twice a week Oral Tablet
Insinase 3 times a day
He also wants me to drop a pint of blood every month.
I’m going to ease back into it this week by trying to just clean up my diet. By next week I will have a strict diet lined out and I will post it.
As far as training I am so out of shape that I will probably just start with some high volume training to try and get my conditioning back on track. I will try and post progress pics every couple of weeks.
I know it’s bad and I can handle the negative feedback. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Like I said I’ll post more details as I get going.
