more carbs making you sluggish? using any enzymes to help?

Not using any enzymes, I haven't felt to bad with the extra carbs most are before and after workout I feel a little bloated during the day then i piss all night long and since starting this diet I have lost 7lbs

Sorry for no updates but I have been getting hammered at work so many people on vacation for the holidays I 've had to work 12 hour days and I have family staying with us for the holidays so I decided to take the week off and will get things rollin again next week. Happy New Years to everyone.
 
First workout of the new year.
I have not workout in alittle over a week so I did a medium hard workout

superset : pull-ups and peckdeck for 5 sets I kept the reps in the 15-20 range nothing to heavy just wanted to get back into things get my body moving.

superset: machine chest press and reverse grip pull-down 5 sets same rep range as above.

hypers: 5 sets of 20

30 min cardio on treadmill.

My trainer wants me to cruise for the next 8 weeks before we go into hardcore prep so running 250mg test a week till than. My weight went up some after loosing 10lbs since changing my diet I know its just water from the holiday feasts and not training last week but I still look pretty tight other than my tummy, should drop it all by the end of the week.
 
Leg night.

warm up I jumped rope for 10 min.

Leg ext. : 4 sets of 25 120#

Hack squat: 4 sets of 15 270#

DB squats: 4 sets of 20 65# db's

Walking lunges: 3 sets with 40# db's

abductor and adductors: 4 sets of 15 60#

single leg curls supersetted with stiff leg deadlift: 4 sets 90# on leg curls and 185# stiff leg deads

calf raise on leg press: 4 sets of 18 ( 6 front 6 outward 6 inward)

It took forever to finish this workout my gym has been invaded by the new year resolution people from hell. I will be training in the morning before work from now on or risk the chance I may kill somebody.
 
Yesterdays shoulder workout 1-6-12

overhead press: 160# x 20, 200# x 16, 240# x 10

side laterals: 50# x 20, 60# x 15

front raises: 30# x 10, 30# x 10

reverse peck deck: 60# x 20, 80# x 15

DB shrugs: 80 x 20, 100 x 15, 110 x 12

upright rows: 80 x 20, 100 x 15, 110 x 12

Finished workout in 30 minutes.
30 minutes cardio on glider.

Small change to diet on training days added 4oz potato and 2 tablespoons of fat dressing to meal 5
 
Are those side laterals a machine or free weights? If free weights those are some sick weights, sheesh.

low cable row: 100# x 20, 120 x 15, 150 x 12, 170 x 10

superset

T bar row: 90# x 10, 115 x 10, 120 x 10
DB pull-over: 60# x 10, 70 x 10, 80 x 10

Morning weight down to 196lbs started at 202lbs

Back is getting wider and waist getting smaller, diet is working well

On my way out for a pre-breakfeast cardio run, temperature 34 degrees burrrrrrr. 3 weeks till I start blast and go into full prep about to flip the switch to beast mode
