I was hoping to generate some good discussion on this log =)
I am 20 years old 6'2
Been on for about 6 months, dont plan on ever coming off.
I played around with bunk products for a little while as well (thought cheaper was better)
I have been on a strict meal plan for 10 weeks now and will continue for about 5-6 more weeks, then I will begin bulking still eating strict but more calories and will satisfy cravings.
During this 10 weeks my calories have not changed (240p/350c/100f)
3kcal+ total.
My cardio also has not changed 30min HIIT 3x a week
Training is 6 days a week (back/chest/legs/arms/shoulders/off)
Here is my starting pic 10 weeks ago, i was 220-225 at the time
was running 600test/600npp:
So at that point I lowered npp to 300 and test to 500
And starting counting out all my macros
Next picture is 4 weeks later in my eq boxers =D :
Then the fun began, I changed up where I was getting my product from, found a very legit source on here that offers good deals. Think the results speak for themselves.
Started on
50mg tren ace ed
50mg mast prop ed
900mg eq ew
50mg test prop eod
Weight in the next pic is 210 , only lost a total of 10 pounds, most of which was lost when changing diet - water weight
I have been steadily recomping and holding onto size, shirts still fit more or less the same with much more quality:
these pics are 8 weeks into the above protocol:
I did start getting some acne, its all dried up now wen to the derm
but was left with some nasty scars, i let me hormones get very out of whack
lastly I just wana show a random pic in different lighting, unfortunatly this pic is day after a cheat and already had some meals in me so I am a bloated mess
which reminds me i was having 1 cheat every week which is now every other week:
lol i do have legs! =p
