Rochester show June 9th

Hey is anyone competing or going to the 53rd Rochester Show this year in Rochester NY...?

Well I think I will be a heavy weight... two weeks ago April 7th i did a show in buffalo and was 196.6. a light heavy. I ended up winning my class and the over-all... But I hope to be 6-8 lbs heavyer for Rochester. Today i weighed my self and i was 229lbs... I would like to be 236-240lbs..by May 1st then start my diet for the Rochester show.

Are you doing the show or just going to watch...?

Yea I am doing the show. I will be a super heavy weight. Right now I am flucuating (sp) at 260 give or take a couple. Im to hoping to come in around to 240-245. Who knows though....I have the height disadvantage being 6'1"...

I`m doing the Over-40 and Over-50 in Rochester.
