Rock Tape

What's your opinions on the stuff for people who have actually used it.

Seeing a chiropractor and he really pushes the use of rock tape. Mind you he sells the tape + sauce. Only been using it for about 2-3 weeks, skeptical about it helping recover from injury.

I have a friend that has knee issues that swears by it...he's strong too, doin BP contests and placing well in most of them

Used a couple times on back and shoulder. Applied by different chiros. I am not sold.

I compare it to epsom salt, which does squat for me.

Yeah My friend that swears by it, couldn't really tell Me how it was helping...I think placebo effect

Sounds like those rubber bracelets that were really in about 1 or 2 yrs ago, the ones that were supposed to give you increased strength and balance!
