Very impressive MASS gains, with out a gigantic belly/waist is really commendable he has put a lot of lean tissue on in all the right places...if he can add some more to the back chest and hammies and keep the added mass in all areas he will be a force to be reckoned with.
I like his physique better than Phil Heaths in all honesty... Phil looks like he has maxed out his frame and Rolly is still growing...
i def agree wit the person who said roellys got ropom to grow and phil seems to have maxed hisa body out. Now obv im sure phil can always gert bigger but if he doesmore than he is now he wont have that aesthitic look no more
Awesome videos!! I wonder what is the purpose of doing so many drop-sets! I thought he was "Off Season." It just makes sense to me to push as much weight as possible. Save the drop set stuff leading up to contest. JMO. Obviously Sibil and Roelly have found what works for him because he gets bigger and bigger everytime a new video pops up.

That is his style of training. There is no benefit to doing drop sets leading up to a contest. It is a good all around training tool. Tearing fibers is tearing fibers.
Some guys use more volume, some guys prefer shorter heavier type spurts. It all works.
