No I’m saying people assume he’s taking more than everyone else because he’s so big when in reality everyone is taking the same shit especially the last 6 to 8 weeks of the Olympia.

Wow just saw that Roelly is already 41 He doesn't have the used up, old skin look yet that so many other bodybuilders had at that age. Could be another Dexter in terms of longevity.

I know Brian Shaw did a diet YouTube where he eats 10,000-12,000 calories per day but he is 6’8” 400-430lbs

That stuff makes me so thankful I have an efficient metabolism - currently growing on ~2,200 calories / day at 220lbs. and ~8-9%. I'm the exception to the rule, I know.

I've been 240lbs. before consuming ~3,500 calories / day but I can't imagine doing the 5,000+ calories stuff without feeling constantly nauseous.

I’m just saying many people are assuming he takes larger doses of gear than others due to his size. That is not necessarily the case. I know guys who compete under 200 pounds that run absolute insane amounts of gear. Of course he uses a lot of shit just like everyone else on his level does all I’m getting at is just because he has more muscle than pretty much anyone else pound for pound doesn’t necessarily mean he uses more gear like many people think.

My guess would be around 6000-8000 calories per day. Pure speculation of course...

Roelly just started late - there is no one else like Dex. I met him in early 90’s at an amateur show where he couldn’t have weighed more than 175 tops.
