No idea what medical issues he might have but as loaded as he's looked the past few years it's only a matter of time until it's all finished. Sometimes you can actually tell if someone's really been pushing it with the chemicals, just by looking at them. He looks like he's about to explode lol. Even his upper glutes tell the story - it's not any 3cc shots he's putting in there. More like 10ccs at a time lol.

As far as his physique regressing, he said that during Covid lockdowns last year, he was in Curacao and everything was locked down, and he did not have access to a gym, so did not workout for months. Not sure if he is telling the truth, or just using that to cover up other issues, but this is what I heard him say during an interview.

No, only the top 2, Tim the German was third, but he is not classified for the O.

Last year it was the top 3.

Roelly losing to Nathan, well, but it was his appearance in Chicago that was disappointing.
