Im not one to start a topic blaming drugs, but his genetic transformation is just too dramatic to ignore. If you look at his earlier pix he was kinda round n full but NOWHERE (not within miles) of how round he is now......
First thought is EPO, slin, heavy carbs, igf......
There is DEFINITELY something being done for the level of roundness and fullness he is showing.... Is freakish... Insane.... And most of all NOT something that appears genetic like heath's from younger years reviewing pix
