Exactly. It's very hard for Roman to get fat. Same thing with Aaron Clark.

Aaron is a friend of mine and its frustrating for ME, who also has a fast metab, to hear how easily (not effortlessly!) he gets peeled.....but hel never say he doesnt suffer in doing so! Aaron is a very mindful individual and learns from everything he does. Have not met many people aware of EXACTLY what works for them!

struggling to get fat is one things, getting into contest shape is totally another thing, the guy can have very fast metabolism and because of that he never gets really fat no matter what he eats, but he can struggle to get in really good shape. Hard time getting fat is genetic and drug thing, getting in superb condition is suffering and mental thing. You are top class coach I do not need to explain those simple things to you. You were former fat guy, Alex Azarian were former fat guy but you two have got in superb shape back then. Because of the metabolism? No. You two worked hard and were suffering during the diets, this is completely mental thing, not genetic.

I am also one who cannot get fat....even when i "quit bodybuilding" at 25 i sat on the couch for 6 months (yea, no work not proud) and did nothing but eat and zero training....never in my life have i lost my abs including that time period.

I can get to "6 weeks out condition" easier than you can imagine, probably could do this eating half mcdonalds if i wanted....but from blurry glutes to partially visible striations (last yr) was a bitch....now lets see what it takes for FULL dry striations in my ass (i have a feeling is going to be even harder). Some people just have those spots that are increadibly stubborn, while others (including many iv helped) seem to lose fat uniformly and without any issues....frustrating to see someone with a slower metab than you get peeled easier lol......
