Ron Paul gets 11,000+

I know that Ron Paul has alot of supporters and i just saw that even though he did not win the Iowa Caucus, He still got 11,000+ votes...

I think thats pretty impressive, with him being pretty unknown compared to the public campaigning that Huckabee (who won with 34,000+ votes) and other front runners do...

Anyone else have any thoughts on this, i think it comes off as very positive, he finished around 5th i think

P.S. sorry to Sesshomaru, I know you usually post about the Caucus's(gr?) but i just woke up to pee and saw it and thought it was pretty intriguing

Ron Paul garnering 10 percent of the vote is very impressive,he was right behind John McCain and Fred Thompson, who only got 13 percent of the vote each.

This is good. He could have gotten more had they worked on their campaigning in my opinion, but the facts are that 1) polls had Paul at 1-2% and he smashed that, 2) the margin is still razor thin (3%) so its still a good showing considering that other heavily pimped up 'serious' candidates from the media were only able to get 13%, 3) and dont forget that Ron Paul beat RUDY GIULIANI who is supposed to be a major front runner.

Now, we just have to keep donating to the campaign and if you want to help out physically or just need voting info for your state, join your local Ron Paul meetup group which will have tons of info for you. They might be linked here:
