Personally im just curios by nature, i love soakin up all the info its my hobby.

I think Markus took all of the HGH and gear. Not sure how hes still alive. Genetic freak in order to tolerate what he took.

Markus deff is something else.. he´s prob one of those guys who ends up dying when he is 90..

Understand that it's subjective, but what would you consider heavy compounds and high GH dosage? I'd prefer to avoid those sides too.

Also, Rockel looks great.

Most people stay on GH year round like it's vitamin c. I would consider for me anything over 30 iu a week to be high dosed. Insulin too nothing ages your metabolism and cells like chronic insulin use and abuse. Primo Mast I have never taken mainly because they weren't available or accessible back in my competition days. I choose not to take them today for cosmetic purposes. Hard on the hair and prostrate. Tren of course has long left the building for me. Also sleep is like a religion for me and I have treated my OSA successfully for almost 15 years now. Extensive use of healthy fats through avocado fish oil and nuts and seeds work wonders on the skin as well as coconut oil for the skin. Never been a drinker or smoker or user of hard drugs including Marijuana.

Sometimes it might be, but I think that it's more of a curiosity thing most of the time. I'd be interested to know Ronnie Coleman's drug stack for all his Olympias but I certainly wouldn't copy it.
