Someone was being sneaky! LOL, ok I have to admit that is funny. Hell, I dont even own a cell phone. I don't want people calling me wherever I am. If they cant reach me at home then leave a message. Seeing people at the gym interrupting their lifts to answer the phone always got on my nerves. I do also see that he is wearing long pants and not shorts. I wish Ross would just post a pic or video and end all of this, his legs cant be as bad as all of you are thinking.

I have bad knees, I do high rep leg press for a WARMUP!! This was a WARM-UP set while I was running my business. WATCH AND LEARN! NO more phone after warm-ups..

yea man I know, there is a lot going on in all of our lives.l I have taken a call during my training too. I was only kidding . I know a video like this could be out there of me too, fuckin around and takin care of work/family etc. unfortunately there isn't video of the set that happens later when the bar is loaded
