Ive ran 100mg-1050mg a week of tren.

My dick works fine. I still fukk like the man whore I am.

I use caber and letro on any tren cycle and Ive never had problems. Same with deca.

But some respond differently to things.

As we all know... EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING is relative in this world.

I dont think youre wrong Ross. Just blowing it out of proportion. Anything used improperly can have life altering affects. Even Vit C.

But Id rather take tren than Vit C.

What have you experienced on 100mg tren?

hes looking at it from a perspective of holding a greater level of anabolism, with less side effects, as opposed to the traditional TRT protocols of 250mgs of test a week in order to retain muscle

Thats basically why I ran in it that dose. I am on TRT and got sick of running test.

So I shot 50mg of test and started out running 200mg of tren e.

But it made my sex drive way too crazy. (Its already crazy enough)

Lowered it to 100mg a week.

Experienced a slight increase is strength (up from regular test trt)
Still had higher libido.
Slight recomp (up from regular trt again)
Easier to maintain when I did splurge or cheat on diet/drinking.
No negative affects on cardio capacity.

And basically no side affects. No crazy aggression like I had from 1050mg (of course)

No insomnia (get that on anything over 500mg)
I have night sweats all year long, so that didnt change.

Overall... I would do it again.

Not saying Im going to do it forever. Cuz Im back on test TRT now.

But its something else to add to the arsenal.

Tren does not directly affect the kidneys,
It MAY raise your BP, which in turn will piss your kidneys off.

alot of rumors spread about tren which are false.


I would have to find the article but back when it was made with pellets.. it did affect them in a negative manner.. but how many people use pellets now adays?

i think the way mmj is consumed is VERY important tho...blunts and small pyrex bowls will destroy your lungs over time...look at a bowl after a week or 2...its caked black, that same shit is in your throat and lungs...the resin and tar ,and i think even just as important, the heat of the smoke as well as the chemicals in the lighter fuck shit up even further...recentley, after switching to a vape about 8-9 weeks ago... an EXTREMEEEE..yes HUUUGE difference in lung function was very apparent...2 weeks after starting to vape, the ungs started expelling 15 years worth of tar and resin...sum nasty shit was gettin caughed up...the past month and a half, lungs have never felt better... i would urge anyone who is a real smoker and doesnt have a vaporiser to invest in one...you will thank me in a few short weeks...of course, this only applies if you live in an mmj legal state...

IMO HRT is HRT...replacing low levels of hormones that you body naturally produces to optimal levels..

Ross, when I read through this thread I was hoping to hear you talk more in detail about your training and diet.
Could you write out your workout plan (how you go about your sets and reps. Maybe take us through a chest workout) and what a days eating looks like for you?
