So I made an outstanding discovery that if your using a nylon/fiberglass clothing measure tape to change it out for a fresh one if/when gets to the point of being aged and ripply to maintain accurate measures.. Little did I know they're basically stretched out to some degree once like that LOL It makes sense now that I finally noticed it but damn..
Been using the same one for at least cpl years now but recently used a dif more newer one from my gf sewing kit and found my arms were avg. 1/2"-5/8" bigger than usual... Talk about a WTF... who knows how long I been low balling myself on gains since I would notice mirror changes but tape would stay same so just figure had good recomping going on lol
