Im new to the use of steroids and will be starting my first cycle in a few weeks. I know that when on steroids your recovery is enhanced. So im assuming that you workout routine would be different that if you were natural.
I have had good results with this routine:
Mon: Chest
Tues:Back
Wed:Legs
Thurs: Shoulders
Fri: Bcieps and Triceps
Sat: Rest
Sun:Rest
Would this routine suffice while on steroids?
It'd be great to see a few routines people had good success on when they were first starting out.
