i'm 47, train 6 days a week,work 7 days a week about 55hr weekly i'm always rundown and lack motovation ,my elbows hurt like hell,hope its ok to ask this, i did a search and could not find an answer to my question,guestion is i have been doing deca 300mg a week stan 50mg every other day this will be my second cycle of this my gains are ok and cut up ok i'm very please with that but the elbow pain and the lack of energy is kicking my butt,do you think the deca or stan are the cause of this ,i'm trying to learn whats best for me not looking for big gains just some muscle and and cut ,can you guys suggest anything to help with the problems i'm haveing with the energy and elbow issue am i missing something any suggestions would be great,thanks for your time
