Running t3 during gaining/bulk phase?

Is there any benefit from using small amounts of t3 during gaining phases, about 12.5mcg to 25mcg a day max? Who includes this during their gaining phases, and in what ways does it help out with gains?

BTW, I'd only consider running t3 while on a base of test at least.
 
T3 is catabolic to both muscle and fat. Yes, it may help prevent fat accumulation during a gaining phase - but it would also help prevent muscle tissue gain as well.
IMO it would be counterproductive.

25mcg is low. 40-50 is better.

if you are eating enough, it can definitely help put on muscle and its possible it would also shed fat. it increases the uptake of nutrients so yes, it can help in a muscle building phase. make sure you are eating plenty of the right foods (more than a normal bulk phase)
 
It keeps fat at bay But you need to eat alot or you going to lose muscle....

It seems like it would help from the reading I've done. Increases nutrient partitioning.

So for the guys who do run it while bulking, is there any reason to taper off doses 50mcg or lower, personally I don't plan on using more then 25mcg, I plan on starting with 12.5mcg, then up to 25mcg, then maybe at the end of the cycle lower it back to 12.5mcg.
 
25mcg is pretty much a natural t3 dosage. it will work well for a couple weeks since it will take a while to shut yours down...but then you must go to 40 or 50mcg. taper back down to 25 at the end for a week and come off.
 
Interesting, I never knew that 25mcg was a natural dose, I thought even supplementing with 12.5mcg would show a noticable difference, I guess I should research a bit more.
