Also I will admit that you often take unpopular positions on topics, but are typically correct in my view. What is said between MikeS and me? 1) are you guys benching with your elbows flared past 45 degrees?

2) are you guys doing rotator cuff work and work for your scapular retractors and stabilizers?

3) are you allowing for adequate progression and recovery?

4) have you all done work to strengthen your tendons?

I am doing great. Coming up on week 9 post surgery. All the pieces and parts are holding together so far. I learn the hard-way sometimes, like amny of you.
I have been in the gym pretty regular. Starting to hit the back, shoulders and arms a bit harder.

I don't know why this got bumped but it was an interesting read for me.
It was about 3 years ago I think. Again it seems like there are a lot of pec ruptures going on. Needless to say, I don't flat bench anything these days.
