Hi everyone.
Some may know me some may not.
However I've been off the boards as a real presence for some time in person.
During that time I was involved in a few accidents, and permanently damaged my eye, I got bells paulsy for over 2 years caused by the immune system struggling I was told.
During this time I left my business and profile in the arms of a compatriot.
Anyway I am here now as just a regular Joe.
I'm not the guy I used to be with a huge ego, injury has humbled me and I'm starting again.
Though I have a business still which will be sponsoring here I will be focused on my guys here.
I was 258lbs at 6,3 with a 30 inch waist, 19inch neck, biceps and calves, and around 7 percent.
I'm now 218lbs 32 inch waist 17 inch biceps and calves, neck 17.5
Current lifts
Bench 130kg x 3
Squat 160kg x 5 knee is still rehabing
Deads 185kg x 3
These are nothing like my old ones, my current bf is around 16 I would say from my calipers.
I'm running 40mg test E every day
50mg deca a week
20mg dbol workout days
This is the cycle I ended up sticking with as it was the best for my health and I feel good.
I'm here to learn, get ideas etc so please feel free to school me.
I will detail my diet as I can.
Mainly just looking to get some of my aesthetics back.
