Suggested this to friend who can't squat due to lower back pain. We have no access to belt squat machine. He really liked this so far.

He did break a regular dip belt immediately though. The Ironmind belt mentioned by Kevinhy is a bit expensive but looks good, says it can handle 3500lbs
He is using that Ironmind belt. It's £162 in the UK I may try something like this. How is he attaching the bar to the belt? I can see it's red and I assume you get that with the belt. On the website they have various attachments so if I were to buy it I would need to make sure in includes everything you need to do these squats, dips etc. I have tried squatting using a t-bar row but with a standard handle but it's a bit awkward. I have probably tried every squat imaginable and the easiest for me are db or kettlebell squats but both don't go heavy in all the gyms over here. The biggest db's I ever see are 40kg and the biggest kettbell 26kg. So now I tend to only do squats after leg press in a superset or very high reps. Normal squats just don't feel safe on my lower back
