Safe-mail sign in problem

So my search function doesn't work when I'm on my phone, sorry if this has been asked.

I cannot remember my password to save my life and apparently never set up a backup email or security question. Is there anything I can do or would I have. Start a new account?

I had trouble starting a new account a few months ago. They wanted me to email them and then never replied.
