this stuff is awesome,it has alot of health benefits and it doesn't take much.it's expensive but well worth it,this is the cheapest i have found yet.

I have been using seasalt for years. It has done wonders for me . . . it helped lower my BP slightly ( that's why I started it to beging with.)

Totally different then table salt, best used after cooking and can be consumed in quanaties up to 1 tsp per day. It provides EVERY trace element and mineral your body needs.

I highly recomend it.

THIS IS NOT SEA SALT just to let you know.in my opinion sea salt is not that great,it doesn't compare to the PINK HIMILAYAN SALT!!
