Just go to a different gym for a week or 2; ask for a week guest pass. I have two gym memberships..when I get tired of the same scenery I go to the other gym for a few weeks. i think it helps to keep the mind and body fresh.

That's what I do too. Sticking at one gym is like same old boring shaggin session.

Every year i am in a new gym.

I think next year iwill subscribe in a gay gymclub, very cool ambiance and lot of equipments, sauna, hamman, big sound etc.... i m sure there is few girls hanging in there.

Find a new gym. I was at my previous spot for about two years, but it got so crowded with young kids I was going insane. Some of these kids would actually go out front and smoke in the middle of their workout and then come back in wreaking of cigs. They were also always in my way, and I hate waiting for equipment. So I left and went to a smaller gym that costs more, but is closer to home, and my mental mood in the gym is so much better now. Nobody is in my way and I have the whole weight room to myself, because the gym is geared towards families and it is mainly women that go to the Les Miles classes and stuff. I love it and if you are getting pissed at your current gym I would suggest a new place.
