Been using 200mg X day for about 15yrs. Best anti inflamatory I've ever found with no sides. (At least for me ) Started using it to combat lower back pain due to chronic muscle strain when I was in my late 30's. Finally got my back straight a few years ago but continued since it still helped overall joint health. Also helps with mood. Be sure to get the real deal. There's cheap stuff out there that doesn't do squat. I have always used Nature Made brand and it's effective. Not cheap but you can always find it on two for one sales etc which makes it more reasonable. I'm 58 now and the stuff keeps me going like I'm 30. Of course, the peptides are doing alot too.
