Anyone care to help me out? Looking for some Keto diet samples. Ive read the article a couple times and would just like to see what everyone else has had success with. You dont have to go into much detail, just throw it out there. Thanks

i'll try and dig mine up that i used last year. i think being on carbs has a better effect imo. seems like when you stay away from them at eat a pro/fat diet that when you do eat carbs you hold a lot of water from the intake. i could be wrong but that is what kept happening to me.
