SARMS and spinal stenosis

OK I don't know if anyone will have the capability of answering this, but what the hell. My mom has a pretty bad case of spinal stenosis. It's getting worse, and apparently she's losing muscle in the area as well. She does some core exercises, but only as the pain allows.

Looks like surgery is an option she'll be exploring soon. In the meantime, however, I'm curious whether or not it would be harmful to use something like ostarine to prevent further muscle loss. I had been providing her with MK-677, but it didn't help. It's difficult to find studies specific to this situation, but perhaps someone here would have that knowledge.

You're not going to get much help because it's a complicated internet diagnosis. Does she have central stenosis(I would assume), or foramanel stenosis? Ostarine would seem like a pretty good compound for keep keeping muscle. It's pretty mild. How might it affect the stenosis though? I don't know. I can say I have disc hight loss, and my vertebrae in the, L4-5, and L5-S1 have narrowing of the neural foramen(stenosis) which puts pressure on the nerve roots and causes pain all throughout my lower body. I have taken SARMS including Ostarine, steroids, growth hormone secretegogges, and several other things, and they don't seem to have an effect, good or bad, on my spine/pain/function/etc. Hopefully that gives you some help in making an informed decision.

This topic is something I’ve been studying for years and seems to be a “case by case” situation. I broke my L5 vertebrate, fractured my c5 and c6 vertebrate, crushed my L5s1 disk and massive herniated my C5/6 and C6/7 disks. I’ve had several spine surgeries over the past few years and ended up having cauda equina syndrome and permanent motor and sensory nerve damage in my right leg and sensory nerve damage in my right hand. I tried everything on the planet to help with nerve pain and NOTHING worked. Post operative though...things changed drastically. Even though I have permanent nerve damage the nerve pain I do have as well as back and neck pains, anxiety that stems from all the surgeries and pain, etc. All of this had been helped by BPC-157/TB500, HGH, DAC, GHRP6. Now it’s to the point where they have allowed me to come off opioid meds and live a better life. But everyone is different. Hopefully this give you some hope for after surgery.
