Hi All
New to this forum and this my first post. I have just started a new traing regime with the following ingredients:
4 Week Cycle of SARMs 2000 mcg/ml, injecting 0.25ml per day
Creatine Monohydrate
Protein Hydro Pro WPI with water twice a day
Multivitamin
Fat Blaster Triple Tea Pills
Diet:
Protein Based with no bread, pasta, or extra carbs. Tuna and shredded chicken tins.
Salad with greens and tomato, capsicums etc twice a day.
3 poached eggs for breakfast every day.
One meal every second day replaced with Optislim VLCD shake.
Exercise:
2 sessions a day morning and evening listed in no particular order:
20kg pack march (mixed up distances, hills flats depending on the day)
Kettle Bells up to 18kg. Mixed program interlaced with football oval lap walking/jogging
Gym Training(I will expand detail in my next post....):
Shoulders
Legs
Back Chest
Cardio (cross trainer only)
Boxing heavy bag
