Do any of u guys use the sauna 1 week out from a show to maybe get down to squeeze in a weight class? If so how do yall plan out the last week with diet, cardio, and depletion workouts, and water intake? I have a show this saturday and i need to squeeze into middles. I ask because ive never had to squeeze in a class before..from now until saturday i would have to lose 7lbs to get in. Any ideas would be appreciated
