I just started my first cycle and question I have is about sauna usage.. I have always kept a tight rountine.. 15 minutes sauna before I workout with weights, the 20 minutes after weights, before cardio, then 30 minutes after cardio.. have always don't this cause it keeps my metabolism stoked and keeps my water in check, so I dontt look puffy.. question is with the use of test, will it be to much to contiue at this pace.. I am sort of I guess addicted to it I guess... all imput is very much needed..
