As they said above, the .ca at the end of the link stand for Canada and that is a canada link. I check the US link for Discover Channel Health and it is not showing in the US. I also check Dish Networks site and it also confirmed it is not showing in the US.

I can some one please answer this, because I do not understand it all.

Why are no body buiding events every televised like on ESPN2. You RAAARRREEELY even see a documentary or anythining either, but the put bash fishing on all the time and child go-cart racing.

I just do not understand it.

I think bodybuidling would be so much more popular if people got to experience it a little bit.

The BEST is when ESPN/ ESPN2 have the "National Spelling Bee" for 4 hours throughout the day....but not even 1, half hour show a week on BB. I cannot believe there are more sponsors for the Spelling Bee.

They do play quite a bit of Strongman stuff though. Maybe they think it's the same thing.

Conan21, because for the mass bodybuilding is very boring..I have almost all the ironmans from the 1990's the video is probally 2 hours long and I will only watch 25 minutes of each..only the parts where a bodybuilder I like comes out..the rest is vey, very boring..it is no fun to watch a low caliber bber go out and pose for 5 minutes..you know..

But I know a few years ago they use to have them on very late a night..

also there is the whole steriod thing the the majority of people frown on..

I could see how a BB Contest, especially Local contests, would be boring to the general public.

They need to have a show that goes throughout the gym's of America and features freaks, pro and non-pro, training, maybe follow them through a day in their life.

Even if I wasn't into BB that would be fun to watch. I always liked that stuff before I was into BB. Kind of like seeing Comic Book characters in the real world.

I agree with Crimson

even if the people are not interested in w8lifting in any way shape or form i think it would be eye catching to alot of people. Just something different that they've never seen before and would want to see what it is.

I thought it would get more alot more viewers than people think
