For those who have used for reducing DHT, how effective was it?

I haven't used it personally but I know only the standardized extracts have shown to be effective

I have used it. Very effective for me. Worked as well as fina. Made me sluggish when I took too much

It gives me sore nipps EVERYTIME I have ever used it and I'm not gyno prone even on the strongest AAS. Personally, I wont ever use it again.

Looking to add it in due to high DHT from test and causing acne.

When I was younger, I use to mega dose it. I feel it helped me keep the majority of my hair and eased with urinating. But now, much older, I'm prescribed avodart and flomax. Doc told me to not mix saw palmetto with the meds.

For what its worth...

I have used saw palmetto for many many years every day and will continue to do so as long as my AS intake is at or higher than 500mg per week. I use 1 or 2 caps a day.

Even when using relatively high dosages of gear, my prostate results remain greatly below the normal "size".

No side effects...
