She looks like she really likes doing it. I wish at least one of my daughters would be like that. I realize though that they have to want to do it. I don't force my kids to do anything really. Neither plays a sport, and I am ok with that. They never showed much interest. This girl has made it part of her life from a young age and it really seems to be her personal choice. I encouraged my girls to take it up but neither has the desire.

If it is not fun for them, they might as well find something they do like! I was always trying to get my girlfriends to train with me when I was young. They sort of half-assed it. Then I met Meredith (we have been together 21 years) and she LOVED TRAINING! THen it was a blast and since it was something we both enjoyed, the relationship worked. She became an IFBB PRO.

This girl in the video has passion and it is good to see!

It will be very interesting to look in the evening for myself. But it turns out documentary) I hope that the load of such a small girl is not like an adult. Sport is good, but at a small age there should be a limit.

But I do get worried about young athletes competing in high level and joint pain when they get to their 30's.

But she loves this, so more power to her. At least she's not out with friends using drugs, drinking and doing stupid things that teens do.
